Blue Ribbon and Lace

It is 11:28pm.

Today was the third day of working 10 or more hours in a row...my feet are killing me.

But today was also my "Friday," so tomorrow I can put up my feet and work more on my writing and The Love, Elijah Project.

I am going to go check my po box in the morning...I meant to go tonight, but I was so exhausted I wanted to come home and soak my feet.

Today I got a picture of the first little angel gown made from my wedding dress.

It is so beautiful!

I was also very moved by the number of people who had such nice things to say about the gown, and how the lady who made it shared the hashtag #loveelijah with each of them.

This little angel gown is just so special for so many reasons.

It is just so lovely to think that the love I share with my husband, and the love we both shared for Elijah, could all be woven into such a beautiful little garment.

I hate for any mother to lose their baby, but I am glad that there are beautiful people like Mrs. Pam North who help in spreading infant loss awareness and supporting these bereaved parents.

Thank you so much Pam for doing this and for helping me tell Elijah's story.

I can't tell you how moved I am by all of this.

Well, it is time to rest.

I hope you all have a good night.

Look at those perfect little lips puckered so sweetly.
Oh I want to give them a thousand kisses or more.
I miss you more everyday.
I love you my boogie.

Good night.

1,520 days: Overwhelm.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
