What are you doing this New Year’s Eve?
Me? I started rewriting my novel... yep. It is too cold to do anything else lol.
Today marks 19 years ago that Levi and I first met. Crazy! It has been a crazy journey from there to here but I am so glad we stuck together through it all. (I love you Levi 😘)
Okay. So goodbye 2017. It was another bittersweet year. I could list all the bad that I am ready to say goodbye to, but I’d rather look back and remember that some really amazing things happened this year!
We went to the Grand Canyon this year! We moved into a school bus! We got to go to Georgia and Tennessee and Florida! I wrote 2 new books and started building a little library for Elijah. We adopted a new dog! Julien got to meet Coyote Peterson! Alex got to go to Boy Scout Camp. Gabriel got to see Rudolph! Levi had his first two fights this year! We started a YouTube channel and did another 365 (or more) acts of kindness in memory of Elijah! 2017 was not all bad.
We did say goodbye to a few people (and animals) along the way. We will always love them and keep them in our hearts—a new year will never take away from that.
Sending you all lots of happiness and peace to carry into 2018! It is going to be a good year. I know it.
I love you all.
Another year done.
Another year closer to you.
Walk with me in 2018 Elijah,
Together we will change the world.
I love and miss you so much.
Always
❤️
