Tonight I picked up Levi from work and we had a nice date night to celebrate his birthday (which is on the 30th). We ate dinner at a new place and I FINALLY was able to surprise him for his birthday lol and took him to a place that has sensory deprivation float tanks. It was really amazing. We had a really great time and it feels good knowing that he really liked his birthday surprise <3 He has been working really hard lately and I am so proud of him (always).
Anyways, the float tank was super cool and I would LOVE to open up a place myself. Maybe I will in the future...just add that to my list of hopes and dreams lol. Float tanks are not cheap, but I'm sure they are an amazing investment. If nothing else, I'd like one for personal every day use ;) It would be great for my arthritis!!!
If you are not familiar with how these things work, the tank is filled with salt water and you float freely for a set amount of time. You can close the tank or keep it open. You can play music, or float in silence. You can even turn out all the lights if you want. Levi floated in the dark with no sound and fell asleep. I floated with both the lights and music and had a few moments of trance, but most of the time my mind was still trying to figure out how to relax lol. The man at the desk said sometimes it takes a few times before your mind adjusts...just like hypnotherapy ;) I am hoping to get the chance to try again. As much as my mind was racing, it felt really good on my neck and shoulders.
Okay, its time to get some sleep. The boys have learning in the morning and I need to catch up on painting ornaments and some videos I am making for my Loving Kindness Light Warrior page. Sending you all lots of love.
Go change the world. Do it for Elijah.
Thank you.
Today I had to bomb the bus for flees.
As soon as I read that the treatment was extremely flammable,
I grabbed your bag and moved it to the car.
I can't imagine "losing you" anymore than I already have.
You are still so important to me.
I love and miss you everyday.
Always.
<3
