Today was busy...but not bad.
I actually did really well with not complaining...with a few minor slip ups this evening as I was talking about my skin this evening to Levi....lol.
But today was pretty ok.
I went to work, got off early, the weather was beautiful--so the boys and I went for a hike.
I have really felt like the kids and I are connecting over hiking and the more we do it, the better they are getting at it...
which is good, because this summer we have a big hike planned for something special...but more on that later.
We also decided that together we are going to write a book and get it self published. The book will be about why they want to go to Hawaii. They will help me write it and illustrate it, and I will help Alex through the process of the self publication, and whatever they make off the book will go towards their "Hawaii" fund.
So we will see how that goes.
Checked the mailbox today...no new Love, Elijah letters...
I just have to keep at it...
That is all I can do anyways--keep trying.
I am feeling better today...some slight chest pains here and there, but the stomach pains are less and less...so keep praying and sending positive thoughts my way!
And always always pray for Elijah <3
