We are currently in Baton Rouge at my mom's apartment. Tomorrow we are going to go to the State Capital building with the kids, and then tomorrow afternoon we are going to go to a Mardi Gras parade.
But right now, I am exhausted...lol.
This morning we drove to Shreveport, which is an hour away from our house in the opposite direction of where we are now, to let Levi check out a new MMA gym.
It sounds really promising and the guy was telling Levi there are fights in April that he wants to help him prepare for. He really wants to fight for Elijah, so say some prayers and send your positive vibes our way!
I also got to see an old friend of mine today that I haven't seen in years, which was nice too.
I think I need some rest to recover from all this excitement..lol. I think I am getting old.
