It feels like 2 in the morning.
The last few nights my mom's upstairs neighbor has been awfully noisy at 1:30 in the morning and none of us have gotten that much sleep lol. But I am kind of enjoying this state of deliriousness. I am certainly more giggly this way.
Or maybe it is the puppy parade we went to today that has put me in such a good mood.
Which makes me think....the world needs more puppy parades. <3
The world also needs more neighborhood markets, like the one I have been walking to each morning we have visited my mom.
The world needs more front porch conversations.
The world needs more happy gatherings and laughter.
I guess the world needs a lot of things, but those are just my thoughts this evening.
I have had a really nice weekend with my mom, and even got to see some of my cousins today. I am so thankful that we decided to take this little random road trip.

Tomorrow is our trip back to Natchitoches. I guess I should probably get some sleep. Delirious silliness is good. Delirious driving is not.
