1081: Do Your Brain a Favor and Talk

It is 7:55pm.

Did you know that if our brains aren't done processing a situation, they can literally drive us insane trying to make sense of what happened?

So please, whatever you are going through, find someone who will listen, or write it all out over and over again so your brain can get some peace. You will probably be more peaceful as well.

Talk. About. Your. Problems. (or write about them)

You may never get an answer from the person who wronged you, or the reason for terrible tragedies, but the very least you can do is give your brain some help processing all the information that it does have. Our brains hold so much more power than we will ever give them credit for.

Just some friendly information from a girl who knows way too much about the dangers of holding it all in.

Sending you all lots of love. I'm off to be completely useless for the rest of the night and watch Netflix until I fall asleep.

Go change the world. Do it for Elijah.

Thank you.

I was so proud of you.
I couldn't wait to be part time at work
and shower instagram with adorable photos
of you and your brothers growing up together.
It hurts that I don't have that chance and never will.
It hurts that your brothers will never really know you.
It hurts that it seems to hurt more now than ever.
It still hurts.
And always will.
Kind of makes it hard to look forward to things.
Kind of makes life hard sometimes.
Kind of makes any small inconvenience seems so unfair.
I've been through enough.
Haven't I?
When does it stop?
Or does karma still have more to dish out?
I keep telling people,
I've been through the worst I'm pretty sure I could survive anything,
but I lied.
I honestly really don't know how much more I can take.
Because I have been through the worst,
I am just really tired.
I love you Elijah and miss you so much.
Always.

1,520 days: Overwhelm.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
