1099: Butterfly Migration

It is 6:17pm.

Kids are so funny.

Right now Julien and Gabriel are laying down, in trouble, because they started a full on fist fight over some minor annoyance....

Flash back to earlier today, they were being perfect angels. They went to Walmart with me and behaved, we went and played outside on the big hill by the library, and they even found a bicycle helmet that they cleaned up and donated to goodwill (which I rewarded them with a $5 pizza). Then they even came home and opted out of electronic time to go play outside.

I guess they had just had enough of behaving for one day lol.

I finished my latest painting today. Well, in all reality it had been finished. I just decided that it was finished and sprayed it with sealer.

I have really enjoyed painting and am really excited every time I finish one painting and move onto a new one.

I hope this opens new doors for me. Gabriel even asked me earlier if I was trying to be an artist lol. I told him "I am an artist," and he seemed pleased.

As excited as I am about starting my next painting, tonight I need to start work on my next Eli the Crawfish book again. Christmas season is coming up quick!

So I'm going to finish up this blog and get started.

Sending you all lots of love.

Go change the world. Do it for Elijah.

Thank you.

Oh sweet boy.
If I knew how to paint heaven I would.
It is on one of my top places I want to go,
so I can see you once again.
I love and miss you so so much.
Always.

1,520 days: Overwhelm.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
