1103: Jim Carrey

It is 10:17pm.

This morning I had the kids watch Jim Carrey's speech he gave at a graduation. I had heard bits and pieces of it, but never the whole thing. Alex really enjoys Jim Carrey's comedies and so I thought it would be really cool to use his inspirational speech to motivate the boys a little bit on this Monday.

It was a really amazing speech. If you have never heard it, you should do a Jim Carrey search on Youtube and check it out.

I never knew that he painted though! That to me was the biggest surprise of all. He talked about all the benefits of painting, and it sounded a lot like some of the benefits of hypnosis--and to be honest they are both very similar. During painting and hypnosis, you are taking many thoughts and reducing them down to one thought, resulting in some sort of trance or peace.

I haven't painted in a couple of days because I have been writing or working on my retreat, but I still need to paint Elijah's library and I have more canvas to paint, so it will happen soon.

Anyways, Jim Carrey graduation speech. Check it out.

I am off to enjoy my quiet time since the boys are asleep.

Sending you all lots of love.

Go change the world. Do it for Elijah.

Thank you.

I love you sweet boy.
Missing you like crazy.
Always.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
