1225: Cancelled.

It is 9:59am.

I cancelled my morning yoga classes...for now. I just couldn't do it. My body is so tired that waking up that early, even just for 3 days a week, is not working for me. Plus it puts a strain on the little bit of schedule my family actually has. So I will just stick to afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays for now.

I hope to have some afternoon students soon...but yesterday I was happy to have Levi join my class and let me go through the motions of doing some teaching. I will figure this whole thing out eventually. I do love yoga and I am excited to teach, but I really want to find time to focus on my art right now.

Levi also had his first student sign up last night. I am really proud of him and happy for him.

Yesterday I was blessed enough to find someone to sponsor me for a local art show in March. We did this show last year to raise money to go to Book Con for Elijah's Smiles Change the World. Obviously we did not raise enough, but it was a good experience. And I'm happy we did it.

I have some paintings ready. And I have some drift wood. I want to sell some painted yoga mats, and maybe even some crafts made with these wine bottles I have, or even some wind chimes made with the sea shells and drift wood I have too. I need to get to work.

I really love to craft things and work with my hands. I would love to make some money from it. I don't know. I just want to find some peace of mind. It seems like mine never stops. It is always going.

I need to meditate more. I just wish I had answers. So many people struggling right now. I wish I had the answers for everyone.

Just know you are all in my heart and I love you dearly.

Go change the world. Do it for Elijah.

Thank you.

I love and miss you so much.
I used to think I knew what my life path was...
then I lost you
and I've been lost ever since.
You are my child Elijah.
You belong with me.
Always.

1,520 days: Overwhelm.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
