793: Happy Veterans Day

It is 6:33pm.

Today was the last day of 2017 market for Natchitoches and it was lovely. I am almost 100% sure we hit our goal for Elijah's little library today, but we haven't counted money yet. I will tomorrow and plan to also make a Facebook page so that we can update people on "opening dates" and leave information as we go.

But like I said, Farmers Market was really amazing. The weather turned out perfect, and there were so many generous and compassionate people all wanting to do something good for Elijah. I am so very thankful. He is changing the world into a better place a little more everyday.

My specialist appointment got pushed back to Wednesday, so I just came home and cooked a big lunch for Veteran's Day, drew a squirrel, and then lounged around until now.

Right now I am just enjoying listening to Julien tell me about his little video game he is playing. He is such a bright and colorful kid. I am one lucky momma to have such cool kids.

Happy Veterans Day to all of you Veterans out there. I am so thankful for your service.

Sending you all lots and lots of love tonight. Live your dreams. Love yourself. You are worth it.

Keep praying for our world. Pray for our Earth. Pray for our families. Pray for our children. Pray for hope. Pray for peace. Pray for love. Pray for you. Pray for me. And always always pray for my sweet sweet Elijah.

Thank you.

Oh sweet sweet boy.
Today I had so many people asked about you.
They wanted to know your story.
I was so glad to get to speak to each of them about you.
So much good was done because of you today.
I love you Elijah.
Miss you so much.
Always.

1,520 days: Overwhelm.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
