856: Sticky

It is 11:01pm

Exhaustion just slammed into me full force head on. Probably because o have been awake since somewhere around 5am. No particular reason either. I could have slept until 7.

Today was a good day. Alex and I volunteered to dig in freezers in the 29 degree weather to help put together bags of meat and bread for the local food pantry. Oddly enough, this was the most fun I think either one of us have had at the food pantry. And I am so proud of Alex because he was the one who said we should go.

The second coat on the library is still sticky because of the cold, so I still haven’t been able to do anything, which is really frustrating. But what can I do?

I also started working on illustrations for our new book. I would share, but I am blogging on my phone and it doesn’t seem to want to upload any new pictures to blogger. But no worries as the painting I made tonight was just a draft and if you really want to see it, you can catch it on my Facebook or Instagram page.

Alright everyone, I am ready for sleep. Sending you all lots of sweet sweet dreams. I love you all.

Say a little prayer for me.
I love you sweet boy.
Hope I make you proud.
I can’t wait to share your smiles with the world.
Missing you.
Always

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
