Today we drove up to Shreveport to have a meeting with someone who I hoped would be a big help in promoting, "Elijah's Smiles Change the World," and that meeting went in an entirely different direction lol. But no worries, because it was a pleasant meeting and the kids got to play in their favorite McDonald playground. (P.S. Why don't we have an indoor playground in Natchitoches? I would LOVE to have one on cold or rainy days...or days where it is too hot to play outside. But I digress....)
I tried to also help promote the campaign by tagging people in posts, but apparently did too much of this because my Facebook posting privileges have been REVOKED for a little while! For shame. Lol. Bad Kelly.
I'm not trying to be too spammy or bug people, but I am now basically down to 4 days left and $4970 to raise, let's just say I was trying my best to get people's attention and get my $7000 ;)
I'm kind of at peace with it whatever happens now. If I don't make it, I don't make it. This will not stop me from continuing to find my way in the world and find a place for my little book. I will make Elijah proud no matter what.
But what I like to make it? ABSOLUTELY!
So if you wanna pledge and haven't nudge nudge wink wink, click here and make that pledge now ;)
Alright, I'll stop.
I probably need to get some sleep anyways. Levi goes back to work tomorrow and the boys are going to drive me nuts if I am not well rested.
Sending you all lots of love! Never give up on your dreams. You are so deserving of good things. Love yourself. I love you!
And keep changing the world for Elijah!!!
Thank you
