959: Bayou Snake

It is 9:40pm

I can hear Julien breathing in his sleep---oh nope, lol, that is the dog. They all played hard today, I just assumed it was one of the kids.

Today was another Kisatchie day. Another escape reality for a while day. Scratch that. Let's say today was another create my own reality day.

I am growing, and while it is uncomfortable to some, I am proud of myself for standing up for myself. I still have a lot of work to do, but this is my journey. This is all about me and who I am becoming--not about anyone else.

I am creating a new beautiful reality full of freedom, love, abundance and peace. Why? Because I fricken deserve it--and nothing less.

Boom.

Like I said, today we enjoyed Kisatchie, all to ourselves--well almost. We did have one little visitor that scared the crap out of me for a few minutes.

I was sitting on a comfy rock right in the middle of the little waterfalls trying to meditate and visualize some big fat checks coming my way. Julien and Gabriel were playing in the this tiny little island of sand in front of me. Alex was somewhere on the other side of the bayou with Winter (the dog). All of sudden as I was picturing a big fat check for $10,000 I hear Julien say "Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. SNAKE!"

Sure enough, I opened my eyes to see a snake swimming straight towards us! It was colorful and had stripes, but it never got close enough to us for me to be able to tell you what kind it was.

I yelled at Gabe and Julien to come stand by me on the rock, because for whatever reason that seemed logical at the time lol. And Alex took Winter up the hill so she wouldn't try to attack it and get bit. Luckily, the snake changed paths and decided to try and head for land. It was swimming up stream and having a hard time. It even at one point tried to swim up a water fall, but was swept back into the other direction. We all stood and watched from our look out "posts" as it finally decided to settle under some rocks near the very spot all our stuff was.

So I got the kids to walk with me through the water, far on the other side of the rocks and sent them up the hill while I gathered up our stuff and we left the snake to hide in peace. I just hope no one found it later.

We then walked down to another part of the swimming area that I haven't been in years and it was really fun. There was a giant tree that had fallen down over the water and the kids climbed all over it and jumped into the water. I collected a ton of beautiful driftwood that I can't wait to use for an art project for my dream home. And we had a beautiful afternoon.

This evening has kind of blown by quickly. I worked on my cover AGAIN for Elijah's Smiles Change the World, after contacting support and being even more confused. And I started to get orders ready so that when it is fixed they can just go ahead and ship. It is all coming together. Patience is a virtue right? I am getting better everyday and learning along the way.

Alright everyone. Time to get some sleep. Tomorrow I have to finish this webpage. I have cards now. No more excuses lol. It is time to make my dreams come true. It is time to really change the world for Elijah. Who is with me?

Love you guys. Thank you always for your love and support.

Oh sweet boy.

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
