Rest in Peace Maw Maw

Since my last blog a lot has happened.

My grandmother passed away, and I took a trip home to be with family in Louisiana. While I was there I took a break from my blogging and book pushing to spend time with my family and honor my grandmother's memory.

She was such a beautiful woman- inside and out.

A mother to my mother, and my four uncles, she proved herself to be strong and loving.

I always remember her as "bossy" and kind of a smart ass ;) But she loved me and I never doubted that for one moment.

I have a lot of great memories of me and my cousins spending time together at my grandmother's house, and I am very grateful to have all of my family in my life.

My grandmother will be missed by many, and she will be loved always.

RIP maw maw. I love you very much.

When I returned back to Florida, I came down with the worst ear infection of my life, and that has also put a small hindrance on my book and blogging plans, because most days I was in pure agony...but I think I am finally at the end of it, so I am now trying to get back in the swing of things.

My first big order of books came in! I now have 300 copies of The Kind Knight in my possession!

I have started to put together all of my Kickstarter rewards and will be mailing them out on April 20th.

And tonight was my son Julien's Kindergarten graduation :)

I can't believe this whole year has just flown by. He has learned so much, and I am so proud of him!

Congrats Julien!!! You are going to continue to live such an amazing life. I couldn't be any more proud of you.

Like I said, a lot has happened since my last blog. Hopefully I can get myself back in a regular blogging pattern again, now that I have played catch up.

Thanks so much, as always, for reading my blog and offering your love and support. I love all of you and am so thankful for you being in my life.

Be Kind,
Kelly Airhart

It is 8:49am. Everyone is still asleep... I have my "happy light" shining into my  peripheral  vision, and my vitamins and medic...
