I have been working out at the gym with Levi for almost a week now? Idk. I have been with him like 4 times I think. Lol. I'm starting to really enjoy it. I feel good after my work outs, and I have gone back to Zumba class as it is in included in our membership. Movement is good for my arthritis, my weakened muscles from my slipped disc, and also for the 15-20 pounds I would like to loose lol. But mainly my goal is to just be more healthy, and get in shape enough to not loose my breath when doing yoga, or hiking.
Now that I have made time to take care of myself physically, I really need to set some time each day just for my art. I am so exhausted. I am looking into natural energy boosts, so if anyone knows of anything that helps...I'd love to hear your suggestions.
The little ones are reading my blog now and asking me a million questions about my shoulders and neck lol. They are so sweet. They have enjoyed hanging out at the gym in the play room.
Alright, we are going to go bring my mom her car back tomorrow and spend the night. I'd like to leave a little early so I guess I should get some rest.
