I held a kid's yoga class tonight at the library and it was everything I never knew I needed. If you are ever in need of a soul lift, read at your local library or teach children a class. I promise you, it is worth it. The best part was meditation at the end and hearing their little deep breaths. My heart melted.
I'm doing another class next month if you and your child missed this one (if you are in Natchitoches of course).
I might be able to squeeze one in during April, I will have to see with our plans to move in May. I have a feeling April is going to be a busy month of getting stuff together.
