The kids are still asleep! I am kind of enjoying my peace and quiet, listening to a podcast someone suggested and getting ready for the day ahead of me.
Don't let that fool you, lol. The kids are still sleeping because there was a lot of tossing and turning and fit throwing last night. But I have a choice, either hang on to that frustration, or enjoy the quiet moment that is happening right now. So why would I choose anything other than to enjoy it. <3
On a kind of related note to the tossing and turning. I have been itching like crazy all over at night. I don't have any bug bites. I don't have any rashes. I don't itch during the day. And no one else who sleeps in the bed with me itches, so it is not the bed. It is just really weird and if it doesn't stop soon I will have to go to the doctor I guess.
Today I am starting a 3 day water fast. Some of it is to aid weight loss, but most of it is about resetting my digestion system and immune system. It is also a HUGE practice of self discipline, which is something I need to work on.
I will keep you updated on my progress, incase this is something you are interested in. (Please make sure you research it before you start)
I also started a new "routine" for the kids and me. So here is hoping all this works out lol.
I am going to stay positive and take in all the lessons. I am just going to be open to the experience and see what happens.
