Julien was sick and throwing up all last night. So, you would think he would be laying around being pathetic and lazy today--right?
No, Julien is currently in time out for spinning on my husband Levi's computer chair, and he is still singing ABC's with Gabriel, his younger brother.
This is my morning.
Chaos at its very best.
That's how most mornings are here...minus the sickness.
But I love being a mom, and I love that my kids don't let anything hold them down-- not even sickness or timeout.
(okay, well sometimes I don't really love that time out doesn't slow them down..lol)
They are some of my greatest role models. I just hope I can be the same for them.
(Sharing one of my favorite pictures of Julien with you...he is such a cool little dude)
If you have looked around at my blog page, you will notice some changes :)
It is a work in progress, because I am not a html genius, and am not the most experienced blogger--but I think I am getting somewhere.
But the thing I really wanted to point out, and get you guys excited about is my new book, "The Kind Knight!"
Being an author is so new to me, and I thought writing the book was hard.
Now that I have written the book, it's time to learn how to promote it, publish it, and get the message out there.
So far, I took the first step by publishing it as an ebook: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SKHF9X8
I've also been working on updating my blog page, which now I have to promote more as well. (Share my blog with your friends...nudge nudge wink wink).
I have ordered my first "in print" copy and will be doing a youtube video of me reading it for a crowdfunder I am planning for next month.
I also plan to do some community outreach by reading to children in local libraries and schools as well.
I am really excited, overwhelmed, and blessed.
Keep following The Kind Knight's journey here on my blog, and thank you again for all of your support.
Right now I have some spirited children to attend to ;)
Be Kind,
Kelly
